Chinese review meetings — iFlyrec or Otter
Use iFlyrec for Chinese reviews, visits, and interviews. Keep Otter for English customer calls. Both notes need a decision, an owner, and a date before you compare transcription accuracy.

Conclusion
Pick the tool by the language of the meeting. Accept the notes by the fields. Chinese reviews, domestic customer visits, and interviews use iFlyrec. English customer calls stay on Otter. Both sides use the same fields, so you do not end up with two styles of minutes.
How to choose
Chinese reviews, internal meetings, domestic visits, and interviews use iFlyrec. Chinese speakers and in-room transcription fit those meetings.
English customer calls and overseas project calls use Otter. Keep the English transcript and the path into the CRM you already have.
Meetings people already hold in Feishu use Feishu. The tasks stay in Feishu. Do not export a second set of minutes.
How those Feishu tasks run: Feishu meeting tasks.
Three fields come before accuracy
Before you file anything, look at three items: the decision, the owner, and the date. A line missing an owner or a date is marked undecided and does not enter the task system. The field detail is in structured meeting notes. The output can follow the meeting summary prompt.
If the transcript misheard a sentence, replay that sentence. If the transcript reads smoothly and the three fields are empty, the minutes still fail.
Recording and filing
- Say you are recording before a customer meeting or an interview, and keep the consent the company policy requires
- Only the person the host names distributes the minutes
- iFlyrec, Otter, and Feishu: name one copy as the record. The other two are raw material
Lines you do not cross
- An unconfirmed discussion is not written as a decision
- A customer meeting is not recorded without consent
- Changing the transcription tool does not change the minute fields
To put meeting notes into the office flow, book a consult.
Questions
The transcript is complete. Can we send it as the minutes?
No. The transcript is raw material. File it after the decision, the owner, and the date are all there, and the host or the note-taker has confirmed them.
Can we record a customer meeting?
Get consent under the company recording policy first. Limit who sees sensitive content. Do not leave the link public by default.
Feishu already has meeting notes. Do we still need iFlyrec?
If the meeting is already in Feishu, keep Feishu notes. iFlyrec is for Chinese meetings, visits, and interviews that Feishu does not cover.
