A Doubao trial — where the personal assistant stops
Personal drafts and voice notes can stay in Doubao. Company policy and customer files move to Feishu or Coze.

Where it starts
Staff already use Doubao to write email, listen to voice notes, and skim public pages. The owner wants “one account for everyone.” Before you unify anything, see whose personal chat the files went into.
Three uses you will see in four weeks
Personal email drafts and tone rewrites stay. They do not touch a customer’s floor price or a contract.
Voice notes people clean up after a meeting stay. Before they enter a system, add the decision, the owner, and the date. A voice note is not the minutes.
Asking a personal account about a customer quote, a contract, or internal policy stops. That work moves to Feishu or Coze. A personal chat has no department permission, and you cannot reclaim it when someone leaves.

When the work should leave Doubao
Move a scene out of Doubao only when both are true:
- The question has to cite company policy, product files, or a customer record.
- Someone already maintains those documents and can grant access by department.
If the documents are in Feishu, use Feishu. If you need a separate internal Q&A bot, look at Coze’s permissions and how you roll it back. If you have neither, stop putting customer files into personal Doubao. Do not open another bot first.
What to look at when the four weeks end
- Whether anyone is still pasting customer files into a personal account
- Whether the uses you kept are still only drafts, voice, and public material
- Whether the scene you moved out has an owner, not “everyone give it a try”
If there is no fixed user and no check, do not write Doubao seats down as the company office system.
Lines you do not cross
- Customer lists, quotes, and contracts do not go into personal Doubao
- A voice note is not labeled as a confirmed decision
- The same policy is not maintained once in the personal assistant and again in the company base

Doubao keeps personal drafts and voice. If internal proposals, formulas, and policy points need their own pilot, use the DeepSeek boundary.
