Three jobs to give WPS AI first

How each job runs
Official-letter rewrite, done by admin. The input is the reason, the audience, the approved wording, and the old draft. The same day, check the title, the date, and whether the letter still has to go through the official process.
Formula explanation, done by sales or finance. The input is the current quote sheet and its formulas. The same day, check that the explanation matches the cells and that no number was changed.
Proposal outline, done by sales or a manager. The input is an outline someone already confirmed. The same day, check that the slides cover the outline and that data slides are still left blank.
Admin keeps one good letter. Sales keeps one good outline. Once those samples are in the team template, the next person does not start from a blank description.

- Certification numbers, stamps, and signature lines
- Customer name and contract number
WPS AI can mark those pages as “to fill.” A person writes them in the document, the sheet, or the slide.
When a company plan is the question
A personal membership is enough to run the three jobs. Ask about the company plan when an admin must reclaim a leaver’s account, files must not sit in a personal cloud, or finance needs a company invoice.
When you buy, ask whether seats are per person, whether documents stay in the company space, and whether an admin can see who turned AI on.
Lines you do not cross
- An AI continuation is not treated as a letter already sent
- The model does not change numbers in the quote sheet
- A customer proposal is not sent before the data slides are checked

Can it edit the numbers in a quote sheet?
No. It can explain what the formula calculates. Price and lead-time changes go back into the sheet, done by someone who is allowed to.
